1. What is the “Brain Tease” service?

“Brain Tease” is an innovative, web-based set of daily “challenges” that will twist and squeeze every inch of your brain, testing your speed, intelligence, hand and eye coordination, listening skills, memory, abstract thinking, and general knowledge.

2. Who is the “Brain Tease” service for?

“Brain Tease” is available to all mobile customers of GLO Nigeria.

3. How can I participate in the “Brain Tease” service?

There are two ways to subscribe to “Brain Tease”:

A. Click on the Brain Tease banner when you see it online. You’ll be redirected to the service portal-just click the “Subscribe” button on the homepage to join.

B. Dial one of the following codes on your mobile phone to choose your preferred plan:

4. What challenges can I enjoy with “Brain Tease”?

The Challenge of the Day can be any of the following games:

5. How many points can I earn?

• Standard Quiz: 0-5 correct (10 points), 6-8 correct (20 points), 8+ correct (30 points)
• Brain Teasers: Under 1 min (30 points), Under 2 mins (20 points), Over 2 mins (10 points)
• Streak Quiz: 0-3 correct (10 points), 4-7 correct (20 points), 8+ correct (30 points)
• Quick Fire: 0-6 correct (10 points), 7-11 correct (20 points), 12+ correct (30 points)
• Skill Games
• Count The Cars: 0-2 rounds correct (10 points), 3-4 rounds correct (20 points), 5+ rounds correct (30 points)

6. How many challenges can I enjoy per day?

You’ll receive one challenge (game) per day, regardless of the plan you choose. This applies to both the daily and weekly subscription plans, starting from the day you're successfully charged.

7. Do I need to activate my data connection to access the “Brain Tease” portal?

Yes, to access the game portal “Brain Tease”, you must activate your data connection or have access to a Wi-Fi connection.

8. How can I get my credentials back to access the “Brain Tease” portal?

To retrieve your login credentials, simply send an SMS with the keyword “PASS” to 7802. You’ll receive your credentials via SMS. Alternatively, you can check the original message you received from 7820 when you first subscribed or charged.

Your credentials stay the same, even if you’ve unsubscribed and later rejoined the service.

9. How can I play in the portal?

You will receive an SMS with a unique link to the portal. Tap on the link and you can start playing.

10. How much does the service “Brain Tease” cost?

A. Daily Plan: N100/day (VAT included) - If your daily payment fails due to insufficient airtime, a micro tariff of N50, N30, N20, N10, or N5 may be applied later in the day at the discretion of the Organizer.

B. Weekly Plan: N250/week (VAT included) - If your weekly payment fails, a micro tariff of N200, N150, N120, N70, or N50 may be applied later in the week, also at the Organizer’s discretion.

11. How can I unsubscribe from the “Brain Tease” service?

To cancel your subscription at any time, simply dial *305# on your mobile phone.
